Female healthcare leaders will share insights on how to develop strategies for overcoming barriers women can expect to face while progressing through their careers. Additionally, the expert panelists will provide guidance on how to effectively prepare for and secure executive-level positions and/or board involvement.

This event will be relevant for women and men alike as approaches to mentoring and developing female healthcare leaders will be analyzed and discussed.
