Administrative fellowships have been a method to advance next generation leaders to C-suite opportunities of the future. It gives the early careerists an opportunity to get hands-on experience in operations, strategic planning, governance, and community services. In its 16th year of being offered, the program introduces fellowship applicants to a host of fellowship programs across the country. It gives applicants insight into the application process, timeline, fellowship format, interview process, mentorship, and personal goals to pursue before starting the fellowship.

Over 30 fellowship sites will present their fellowship opportunities. The participants will have the opportunity to meet with current fellows who will share their wisdom about their fellowship experience.

The program is organized as follows:

5:30 – 6:15 pm — Reception

6:15 – 6:20 pm — Call to order and Welcome from Georgia Casciato, FACHE, Regent, Chicago Metropolitan Area

6:20 – 6:25 pm — Introduction of Keynote Speakers from 4 Fellowship Locations

6:25 – 6:55 pm — The Role of Fellowships/Internships and Other Forms of Experiential Learning in Developing Leaders

6:55 – 7:00 pm — Q & A

7:00 – 8:00 pm — Speed Networking with Fellowship Sites

8:00 pm — Adjournment
