Program description
Healthcare organizations are responsible for taking care of communities that are rapidly diversifying. The workforce is also changing and should be reflective of communities for which HCOs serve. Diverse communities often require consideration of different health care needs and strategic planning tactics to ensure equitable and efficient care. The goal of this session is to enhance understanding of health care professionals so they can provide preferences and quality care to an expansive, ever-changing patient population while ensuring operational success.
