Administrative Fellowships: The North Star in Leadership Development

Administrative fellowships have been a method to advance next-generation leaders to C-suite opportunities of the future. It gives early careerists an opportunity to get hands-on experience in operations, strategic planning, governance, and community services. In its 17th year of being offered, the program introduces fellowship applicants to a host of fellowship programs across the country. It gives applicants insight into the application process, timeline, fellowship format, interview process, mentorship, and personal goals to pursue before starting the fellowship. Over 20  fellowship sites will present their fellowship opportunities. The participants will have the opportunity to meet with current fellows who will share their wisdom about their fellowship experience.
